How to become a user

There are three ways to  become a user of secondhandmarine.com.au

1. Become a Seller - Become a seller. (See how to become a seller)

2. Become a Buyer - Buy any item on secondhandmarine.com.au

3. Become an Advertiser - Place a wanted advert.

You don’t need to be a registered user to browse the items on our websites, you only need to register if you are placing an advert or buying an item.

The Username will be your email address and the Password will be or your choice. You will need to use the Username and Password to edit you advertisement, so please make a note of these when you are registering.

STEP 1

Decide whether you wish to register in either the Commercial or Recreational website

Step 2

If placing an advert, from the home page of either the Commercial or Recreational website, go to the “Advertise your Product” tab and make your selection of:

• Sell an item
• Sell a Boat or Ship, or
• Place a Wanted Advert for an item

From there you will go through the process of registering and placing and advert.

If you are purchasing, after you select, the “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase you will be taken to the “Your cart contains” page where you can register if you are a First Time User of the site.
